FAQ

I am not sure about my size? How do I find out? Is there a size guide?

Each fitted garment sold at Satva comes with a size chart with measurements to help you determine your size. Every piece has a unique size chart, as each design has its own flavour & fit. 

Why is it necessary for me to set up a Satva account?

By creating your own Satva account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including recommendations and a quicker checkout. 

How long will it take to ship the products?

For most products, delivery within Muscat would usually take 3-5 working days for your order to reach you.  For any unforeseen reason, if the product will take any longer we will inform you. 

How do I pay for my order?

To ensure safety and keep our transactions quick and hasslefree, we accept Cash on Delivery for all your purchases. Please make sure you have the required amount on hand at the time of delivery. 

How do I find out the status of my order?

You can login and click on the top right corner of the website where your name appears to go to your “Profile”. Click on the “My Orders” section to view all your orders and their current status.

How do I return an item purchased on Satva?

Providing a seamless user experience is our topmost priority.
All our products are rigorously checked by our “Quality and Assurance” department before any product is shipped from the warehouse but even then if the products you receive is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described”, our friendly returns policy will solve your problem as quickly as possible; just follow these few simple steps :-


1. You need to raise a return request within a period of 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. You can raise a replacement request by calling our customer care number or by simply sending us an email with the details of the shipment at sales@shopsatva.com
3. Once the request is raised we assure you our customer service team will provide you with a resolution at the earliest.
 

When are returns not possible?

At Satva, we would like our customers to have the best customer service experience. Unfortunately there are certain scenarios where it will be difficult to support returns. The scenarios are as below:

• If the return request is made after the specified time frame (3 days from the date of delivery)
• Product is damaged due to misuse, physical damage done by human error, etc.

How will I receive my refund / what is the refund policy at Satva?

It is very important to us that our valuable customers leave happy & satisfied from Shop Satva. But if after all our efforts a customer still wishes to refund an order, it can be done following the process below:

We provide a refund to the customer if we are not able to provide a replacement/exchange of the product in case the product delivered is “Damaged or Defective".

Once we get a refund request from your end, we process your refund as either a "Satva Credit Voucher" that you can use at anytime on our website or the entire amount is refunded to you in cash.
