Returns, Refund & Cancellations


At Satva, we value our customers and providing a seamless user experience is our topmost priority. If you wish to return an item, you could do so for all items bought on our website within three (3) days of the date of delivery, as long as the item(s), any related accessories is in the original state and condition when purchased and received. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All products are rigorously checked by our “Quality and Assurance” department before any product is shipped out but even then if the products you receive is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described”, our friendly returns policy will solve your problem as quickly as possible; just follow these few simple steps :-

1. You need to raise a return request within a period of “3 days” from the date of delivery.

2. You can raise a return request by calling our customer care number or by simply sending us an email with the details of the shipment at

3. Once the request is raised or the product is returned, we assure you our customer service team will provide you with a solution at the earliest.

4. We can arrange a return pick up for you. 

5. We would like to request you to check your item(s) as soon as you receive it in order to guarantee the best service from our end.

  • If an item received is not the same one ordered, is missing any component or accessory, faulty, damaged or not in the advertised condition, you have the right to return it and we will arrange for it.
  • You have the right to return the item only when you have received and signed off the delivery order for the same. As mentioned above, it should be communicated to the customer service team within 3 days once you receive the item.


Ideally, we would not like our valuable customers to leave unhappy or unsatisfied but even if after all our efforts, a customer is willing to have a refund for his/her order; we do have a facility of refund as per the refund policy described as below:

We provide a refund to the customer if we are not able to provide a replacement/exchange of the product in case the product delivered is “Damaged or Defective".

Once we get a refund request from your end, we process your refund as either a "Satva Credit Voucher" that you can use at anytime on our website or the entire amount is refunded to you in cash. 

Cancellations and Modifications to your order

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if we have initiated the process of shipping your order.

Any modifications to your order would also be governed by the above terms.
